Unit 5.2 Reflection

I am using this blog post to reflect on my newsletter project. In this project we were asked to choose a large company, create a dummy layout, find stories and images, and then finally piece it altogether.

I was excited to jump into this project. I feel that I have really grown in the Adobe applications and was glad I got to get back into InDesign for another project.

This project was a little more tedious than I initially thought. My dummy layout took me a while as I wasn't satisfied with how my newsletter looked.

I reacted the way I did because I thought since my skills in InDesign had progressed that the project would be easier. I was reminded by this project that design is a grind, and that it is rarely done well the first time.

I enjoyed this project and am looking forward to how the final product looks!
